While the top stainless steel tray and water tank are fully washable, the internal water pump module itself is wipe clean only. To clean the pump safely and prevent any water damage, follow the detailed 6-step water pump cleaning procedure shown in manual, using the premium cleaning brush included in your package.

How often should I clean it?
Rinse the tray and tank and refresh the water every few days, and give it a full clean weekly. The pump is wipe-clean only, so follow the cleaning steps in the manual using the brush included.
How often should I replace the filter?
Follow the guide in your manual, and replace the filter sooner if water flow slows, the water looks cloudy or your pet starts drinking less.
Can I use tap water?
Yes. Tap water is fine, and the multi-stage filter helps remove hair and debris. Top up with fresh water rather than letting it run low.
Is it suitable for dogs?
