How long do I have to return an item?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
What items are eligible for return?
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached (if applicable).
- Items must not be used or damaged.
- Your order number must be clearly marked on the return parcel.
Are all items returnable?
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like pet bedding or cushions used by your pet may not be eligible for return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered postal service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
How do I process a return?
