How much is delivery and how long does it take?
We ship to New Zealand from our Melbourne warehouse via Australia Post International (air). Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive in around 14–21 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
Do you ship to New Zealand or to PO boxes?
Yes, we ship to street addresses across New Zealand via Australia Post International (approx. 14–21 business days). We can't deliver to PO boxes.
Can I return an item from New Zealand?
We don't accept returns on New Zealand orders. If there's a problem with your order, for example it arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we'll arrange a refund.
How long is the warranty?
Our products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults. If something isn't right, email support@lolopaws.com.au with your order number and a photo.
Can I see LoloPaws products in person?
Selected products, mainly cat trees, are on display at our partner pet shop at Queen Victoria Market (Shop 11–12, F Shed Laneway, Melbourne). Check our Showroom page for hours, and contact us to confirm a model is on display.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Afterpay and Zip are available at checkout on eligible orders.
