To keep your cat tree in top shape, wipe the wooden surfaces with a damp cloth and dry them immediately, while vacuuming or brushing the fabric cushions regularly. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and periodically check all screws and fittings to ensure the structure remains stable and secure for your cat.

We managed to assemble the cat tower without too much difficulty, although the instruction sheet could be improved. The small bolts supplied proved inadequate and had to be replaced with larger ones in order to make the structure sufficiently strong.
My cat has officially claimed this spot as her favourite! The hammock is such a fun feature, and she can't stop playing with it.

Love the design! Beautiful green color and very soft inside. My cat loves sleeping in the TV box part. It feels solid and the scratching posts are good quality.
The clear acrylic bowl is her favorite spot now, although at first, she was a bit unsure about standing directly on the transparent surface. Once I tucked a soft blanket inside, she felt much more secure and now she won't come out!

We found a few tiny nicks while assembling it, but it's fine
I got my cat tree just two days after ordering， super fast shipping! My cat was very curious about the transparent bowl. It actually took him a few days to realise he could step on it. The bowl is removable, so I took one of the lower ones off to give him more space to move around. He loves it!

Very stable and i liked how it provided pillows for the tower. The item did mention that it took approximately 30 minutes to build, though it took me about 2 hours - the instructions can feel a bit confusing as they only show images with now words other than just small clarifications which i did find helpful. Other than the building process, i have had no other issue. My cat is still adjuting to using it, and does not feel comfortable with the clear plastic bowl area, maybe he thinks he will fall right through? But i do not hold that against the product. Otherwise a great product for the price.
The Tree itself is awesome and we are hoping as our kitten grows he will be able to use it more. Shipping is via Aramax which was terrible, thankfully the team at LoloPaws was able to help arrange redelivery

Very good product, easy enough to put together. Would recommend a wall mount and felt covers for sides up against the wall to avoid rubbing and damage. My two cats love the tree.

Can I remove the toy or the itch-rub brush?
They're fixed in place so they don't come loose during rough play, giving your cat a permanent grooming and play spot.
Is it stable enough for big or energetic cats?
This tower stands 135cm tall with a 12mm base board and 7cm hemp-wrapped posts, and is engineered to support up to 20kg. Its compact height keeps the centre of gravity low. For extra peace of mind with very active cats, place it against a wall or in a corner, and re-tighten the bolts a week after assembly.
How much space does it need?
The footprint is 40 x 60cm and the tower is 135cm tall. Leave a little clearance around it so your cat can jump on and off safely, and position it near a window if you can, cats love a view.
How many cats can use it?
It's ideal for 1–2 cats. If your cats squabble over the top spot, a second perch at a similar height elsewhere in the room can help keep the peace.
My cat isn't using the new tower. What can I do?
Most cats need a few days. Put the tower where your cat already likes to hang out, ideally by a window, rub catnip or silvervine on the posts, scatter treats on the platforms and play with a wand toy around it.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the E1-grade MDF with a wood-look finish surfaces with a damp cloth and dry them straight away, and vacuum or brush the fabric cushions. Avoid soaking the boards, and keep the tower away from splashing water bowls or fountains.
How long does assembly take?
It arrives flat-packed with tools and step-by-step instructions, and takes around 30 minutes to put together. The assembled tower weighs 12.8kg, so it's easiest to build it in the room where it will live.
Will the scratching posts shed fibres?
A little loose fibre is normal once your cat starts scratching, it means the posts are doing their job. Trim any long strands with scissors so they don't get swallowed.
Can I see it in person?
Selected cat trees are on display at our partner pet shop at Queen Victoria Market (Shop 11–12, F Shed Laneway, Melbourne). Displays change, so please contact us to check this model is in store before you visit. Opening hours are on our Showroom page.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
We ship to New Zealand from our Melbourne warehouse via Australia Post International (air). Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive in around 14–21 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
What is your returns and warranty policy?
