To keep your cat tree in top shape, wipe the wooden surfaces with a damp cloth and dry them immediately, while vacuuming or brushing the fabric cushions regularly. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and periodically check all screws and fittings to ensure the structure remains stable and secure for your cat.

It’s perfect and really stable! Our ceiling isn’t quite high enough for the full height, but we adjusted a few posts and made it work. Really happy with it!
Our kitten loves the toys and the hammock but finds it difficult to get to the top level. The ply is quite slippery and the bowl blocks his ascent. Aesthetically, it looks a lot better than standard cat trees.
The assembly instructions weren’t very clear and need improvement.

We replaced an old carpet cat tree with this and the difference is huge. It's much easier to clean, doesn't collect fur everywhere and looks so much nicer. Our cats spend hours climbing and watching the birds from the top.

Gigi loves his new cat tree! It’s a great upgrade because the platform is spacious enough for him to move comfortably. The cushions are well-made, though my cat happens to dislike any kind of padding. Once I removed the top cushion, he hopped right up! Definitely a good buy for larger cats.

Absolutely love our Studio Series 165cm Designer Wooden Cat Tree & Tower! 🩷🐾 With a multi-cat household, finding something that’s practical but also doesn’t look like a typical bulky cat tree can be difficult, and this one is gorgeous.
It feels sturdy and well made, has plenty of different levels for climbing, lounging and keeping an eye on everyone, and the cats were interested in it straight away. Even Professor Piglet has taken her quality-control duties very seriously! 🐷🎓😂

The instructions were a few blurry thumbnail photos printed on half of an A4 sheet. We were able to figure out how to construct it but it took much longer without any usable instructions. As a suggestion, it would be better to offer a link to a pdf or webpage online where you can see the instruction images clearly.
The build quality of the individual components are good but the base is very narrow and very unstable. The suction cups only work if your wall is tile and you have no skirting boards.

Nice sturdy cat tree and looks great in any space. Pretty easy to assemble. Unfortunately my cat didn't take to it. However they have a hassle free 30 day trial policy with free returns so I was able to buy with total peace of mind.

It’s not bad, bit expensive for what it is. I thought it would be solid wood but it’s layered plywood. It’s also not very sturdy, I assembled my tree and it’s quite wobbly and my cat therefore isn’t using it so a bit of a waste of money for me personally.

The included instructions had a number of incorrect details, with the references used for pieces changing frequently, some references being non-existent altogether, and not a lot of detail included on how to actually put things together.
The top platform also arrived with 2 different rail pieces, both marked as "R" but one was for a 5 pole rail (correct) the other was for a 4 pole rail, which was incorrect.
Overall, probably won't order from here again, but we did get what we paid for (maybe?)
I highly recommend this well-designed and durable cat tree to all cat owners. The assembly process was a breeze, thanks to the clear instructions and labeled components. It's probably the best set of instructions I've ever encountered. The cat tree itself is incredibly sturdy and looks great. My cat is not that interested in it, but we will work on that.

Is the clear bowl big enough for a Ragdoll or Maine Coon?
Yes. This model uses an extra-large horizontal clear lounge so bigger cats can stretch out, and the bowl is removable for cleaning.
Can I wash the cushions?
Yes. The corduroy cushions are removable and can be hand washed or vacuumed.
Is it stable enough for big or energetic cats?
This tower stands 180cm tall with a 25mm base board and 9cm hemp rope posts, and is engineered to support up to 30kg. The 25mm reinforced base board is built to stop the wobbles. For extra peace of mind with very active cats, place it against a wall or in a corner, and re-tighten the bolts a week after assembly.
How much space does it need?
The footprint is 60 x 50cm and the tower is 180cm tall. Leave a little clearance around it so your cat can jump on and off safely, and position it near a window if you can, cats love a view.
How many cats can use it?
It's ideal for 2–3 cats. If your cats squabble over the top spot, a second perch at a similar height elsewhere in the room can help keep the peace.
My cat isn't using the new tower. What can I do?
Most cats need a few days. Put the tower where your cat already likes to hang out, ideally by a window, rub catnip or silvervine on the posts, scatter treats on the platforms and play with a wand toy around it.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the furniture-grade plywood surfaces with a damp cloth and dry them straight away, and vacuum or brush the fabric cushions. Avoid soaking the boards, and keep the tower away from splashing water bowls or fountains.
How long does assembly take?
It arrives flat-packed with tools and step-by-step instructions, and takes around 45 minutes to put together. The assembled tower weighs 17kg, so it's easiest to build it in the room where it will live.
Will the scratching posts shed fibres?
A little loose fibre is normal once your cat starts scratching, it means the posts are doing their job. Trim any long strands with scissors so they don't get swallowed.
Can I see it in person?

How much is delivery and how long does it take?
We ship to New Zealand from our Melbourne warehouse via Australia Post International (air). Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive in around 14–21 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
What is your returns and warranty policy?
