Care Guide
To keep your cat tree in top shape, wipe the wooden surfaces with a damp cloth and dry them immediately, while vacuuming or brushing the fabric cushions regularly. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and periodically check all screws and fittings to ensure the structure remains stable and secure for your cat.

Both cats absolutely love this tower. It was easy to assemble and the cats were participating in the process. It's relatively sturdy, and is more suitable for smaller cats. Looks perfect in the room.
We managed to assemble the cat tower without too much difficulty, although the instruction sheet could be improved. The small bolts supplied proved inadequate and had to be replaced with larger ones in order to make the structure sufficiently strong.
My cat has officially claimed this spot as her favourite! The hammock is such a fun feature, and she can't stop playing with it.

The clear acrylic bowl is her favorite spot now, although at first, she was a bit unsure about standing directly on the transparent surface. Once I tucked a soft blanket inside, she felt much more secure and now she won't come out!

I got my cat tree just two days after ordering， super fast shipping! My cat was very curious about the transparent bowl. It actually took him a few days to realise he could step on it. The bowl is removable, so I took one of the lower ones off to give him more space to move around. He loves it!

damaged in the box on delivery. I have 2 active cats so I am extremely disappointed that this cat tree will be unsafe to assemble 😔

Very stable and i liked how it provided pillows for the tower. The item did mention that it took approximately 30 minutes to build, though it took me about 2 hours - the instructions can feel a bit confusing as they only show images with now words other than just small clarifications which i did find helpful. Other than the building process, i have had no other issue. My cat is still adjuting to using it, and does not feel comfortable with the clear plastic bowl area, maybe he thinks he will fall right through? But i do not hold that against the product. Otherwise a great product for the price.
The Tree itself is awesome and we are hoping as our kitten grows he will be able to use it more. Shipping is via Aramax which was terrible, thankfully the team at LoloPaws was able to help arrange redelivery

Very good product, easy enough to put together. Would recommend a wall mount and felt covers for sides up against the wall to avoid rubbing and damage. My two cats love the tree.
