How much is delivery and how long does it take?
We offer free metro delivery to VIC, NSW, QLD and SA, and ship Australia-wide from our Melbourne warehouse. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, and you'll see the delivery options and estimate for your address at checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
Do you ship outside Australia or to PO boxes?
We ship to street addresses within Australia only. We can't deliver to PO boxes or overseas.
What is your 30-day home trial?
If you or your pet aren't happy within 30 days, you can return eligible items. See our Returns & Warranty page for conditions and how to start a return.
How long is the warranty?
Our products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults. If something isn't right, email support@lolopaws.com.au with your order number and a photo.
Can I see LoloPaws products in person?
Selected products, mainly cat trees, are on display at our partner pet shop at Queen Victoria Market (Shop 11–12, F Shed Laneway, Melbourne). Check our Showroom page for hours, and contact us to confirm a model is on display.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Afterpay and Zip are available at checkout on eligible orders.
