Our kitten loves the toys and the hammock but finds it difficult to get to the top level. The ply is quite slippery and the bowl blocks his ascent. Aesthetically, it looks a lot better than standard cat trees.
The assembly instructions weren’t very clear and need improvement.

We replaced an old carpet cat tree with this and the difference is huge. It's much easier to clean, doesn't collect fur everywhere and looks so much nicer. Our cats spend hours climbing and watching the birds from the top.

Gigi loves his new cat tree! It’s a great upgrade because the platform is spacious enough for him to move comfortably. The cushions are well-made, though my cat happens to dislike any kind of padding. Once I removed the top cushion, he hopped right up! Definitely a good buy for larger cats.

Absolutely love this modern cat tree! Space saving and fit for my apartment
The instructions were a few blurry thumbnail photos printed on half of an A4 sheet. We were able to figure out how to construct it but it took much longer without any usable instructions. As a suggestion, it would be better to offer a link to a pdf or webpage online where you can see the instruction images clearly.
The build quality of the individual components are good but the base is very narrow and very unstable. The suction cups only work if your wall is tile and you have no skirting boards.

Nice sturdy cat tree and looks great in any space. Pretty easy to assemble. Unfortunately my cat didn't take to it. However they have a hassle free 30 day trial policy with free returns so I was able to buy with total peace of mind.

It’s not bad, bit expensive for what it is. I thought it would be solid wood but it’s layered plywood. It’s also not very sturdy, I assembled my tree and it’s quite wobbly and my cat therefore isn’t using it so a bit of a waste of money for me personally.

The included instructions had a number of incorrect details, with the references used for pieces changing frequently, some references being non-existent altogether, and not a lot of detail included on how to actually put things together.
The top platform also arrived with 2 different rail pieces, both marked as "R" but one was for a 5 pole rail (correct) the other was for a 4 pole rail, which was incorrect.
Overall, probably won't order from here again, but we did get what we paid for (maybe?)
I highly recommend this well-designed and durable cat tree to all cat owners. The assembly process was a breeze, thanks to the clear instructions and labeled components. It's probably the best set of instructions I've ever encountered. The cat tree itself is incredibly sturdy and looks great. My cat is not that interested in it, but we will work on that.
